Body

Feel stronger, move more freely and support your long-term physical health.

The body is where life is experienced. It is where we feel effort, tension, pleasure, emotion, limitation and change.

Shaped by Isaac’s background as a professional dancer with the Royal Ballet, more than twenty years of yoga teaching, and training in Pilates, movement and somatic awareness, this work brings different approaches to the body together within one integrated method.

The value of a practice lies not only in what you do, but in how you do it. Movement becomes a form of meditation when it is approached with attention, sensitivity and full awareness.

Some practices build strength, balance and core stability. Others improve mobility, joint function and posture, reduce stiffness and unnecessary tension, support recovery and help protect the body from injury.

Together, they help you feel more capable, move with greater ease and maintain your health, independence and physical confidence over time.

Hatha Yoga

Build strength, stability and greater awareness through sustained, attentive practice.

These classes combine traditional postures, breathing and stillness to improve balance, coordination, mobility and physical confidence.

You learn to work with effort without becoming rigid, remain attentive when the body is challenged and bring greater awareness into movement.

Mobility and Flexibility

Move with greater ease and reduce the restrictions that make the body feel stiff or limited.

These practices improve range of movement while helping you recognise where tension is useful and where it is unnecessary.

The purpose is not simply to become more flexible, but to move more comfortably, efficiently and freely in everyday life.

Strength and Conditioning

Develop practical strength, core stability and greater confidence in what your body can do.

Drawing on Isaac’s background in professional dance, Pilates and movement training, these sessions develop the strength needed to support posture, coordination, joint health and everyday movement.

The emphasis is on control, balance and intelligent progression, helping you become stronger without sacrificing mobility or awareness.

Body Awareness

Recognise tension earlier, understand your movement patterns and respond more intelligently to sensation.

These practices help you feel what is happening in the body rather than moving automatically or overriding discomfort.

Greater awareness can improve coordination, reduce unnecessary effort and help you make better choices in both practice and daily life.
