I’ve spent more than twenty years practising and teaching traditional Hatha yoga, functional breathing and meditation.
My work is simple: to help people breathe better, move with more ease, and meet their own minds with steadiness. No spiritual clichés — just clear, practical teaching you can use in everyday life.
I teach online, run courses and immersive retreats in Spain, and work one-to-one with people who want closer guidance.
